Chelsea Albanese, D.O.

Dr. Chelsea Chapkin Albanese was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. Since her childhood, she knew she wanted to become a physician, which stemmed from her passion to care for others. She values the physician-patient relationship and believes in treating each person based on his or her individual healthcare needs and providing necessary preventative services. Dr. Albanese holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. She went on to earn her medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Albanese completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach this past June. During her residency, she was awarded the Paul J. Furlong, M.D. award for her excellence as an Internal Medicine Resident. Dr. Albanese has joined Cohen Medical Associates in Delray Beach where she is looking forward to providing the highest standard of primary care to her patients as she establishes herself as a new physician to the area.
