COVID-19 Vaccine Update
To our patients:
We have received a number of inquiries from our patients about the new coronavirus vaccines.
Our family practice doctors do not yet know when we will be receiving vaccines for distribution. Once we are notified by the Health Department of a pending shipment, we will let you know immediately, both through email notification and on our website.
We realize that you are anxious to know when you will be able to receive your inoculation.
Rest assured that we are monitoring the situation constantly and will inform you as soon as we have any new information.

I am a patient of Dr Cohen for the past 15 years. I have many allergies and hope they are all listed as I would like to be able to get the vaccine when available. I need to get a response so that I can be sure that I’m a good subject for taking the vaccine.
