Cohen Medical Associates Welcomes Our Two Newest Doctors!
Cohen Medical Associates in Delray Beach is so pleased and proud to welcome two talented, board-certified primary care doctors to our highly experienced staff of family practice physicians! Following a long search to find the perfect doctors to complement our wide range of full-service healthcare specialties, we were fortunate to be able to recruit Dr. Christy Baggett and Dr. Evan Bergmann to join our practice.
Meet Dr. Christy Baggett
Dr. Christy Baggett grew up in Boca Raton and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. She attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine where she was selected to complete a pre-doctoral fellowship in Osteopathic Principles and Practice which included an emphasis on the
musculoskeletal system. She went on to complete a Family Medicine residency with the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida.
She is a board certified diplomate within the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Baggett is a recipient of numerous awards and honors, including induction into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She also received recognition for Excellence in Scholarly Activity for research and numerous presentations at national conferences.
Her areas of interest include musculoskeletal medicine, women’s health, and preventive medicine.
Her interests outside of medicine include spending time with her family and friends, reading, and traveling.
Meet Dr. Evan Bergmann
Born in New York, Dr. Bergmann grew up in North Miami Beach and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. Due to his strong bond with south Florida region, he returned here to obtain his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Palmetto General Hospital. He is a board-certified Doctor of Internal Medicine.
His interests include sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Robert Cohen was awesome he made my grandfather feel comfortable (due to him hating Dr. visits) and was very efficient. He got straight to the point and we were out of there in no time.
